How to Master Expired Listings

Hi Everyone,

I sent out an email to everyone a few days ago about going after expired listings. The things about expired listings (and most cancelled listings) is that we know at one time the owner was interested in selling their home. In all likelihood, they are still interested in selling their property. They are prime candidates for a new listing. When a listing first expires, home owners get many solicitations from real estate agents looking to get the owners to re-list with them. The older expired listings are actually better because there isn't a lot (if any) of competition from other agents for the listing.

Here is a 5 part audio presentation on how to get those home owners to list with you. This is from Steve Harney of Keeping Current Matters (KCM). If it asks you for a user name and password, please email me and I will send it to you.
